Black Tourmaline Affirmation: I am grounded and safe. My energy is my energy, and other people’s energy belongs to them. I am able to have compassion without taking on their burdens. So I meet anger with patience, resentment with understanding, and impatience with kindness. I am grateful that though I may walk near someone else’s storm, my sunshine never dims.

Background sound: a piece from Zen Music or a scene from the Calm App – @calm (which I highly recommend), and periodically you may also hear me using my light language as I’m in the meditation. This is simply a connection and flow from Spirit, and sometimes it’s an impartation for the viewer to receive (should they choose to).
